There is a phrase that we use in programming called GIGO, it’s an acronym for Garbage in garbage out. In programming terms all processes have an input a process and an output.
Data is fed into a process defined by a programmer or a developer and based on the input it will work out the output. The GIGO principle states that the output is only as good as the input that you put in, so if the data that you entered is rubbish then your output will be rubbish as well. The GIGO principle also applies to human beings as well as computers. This primarily applies in two areas for humans:
Food input – and its effects on your body
Mental input – It’s effect on your thinking and behaviors
If you eat fast food, then you are not getting enough nutrients to build your body.
Junk Food input
Bad Mental input
Good Mental input
